Sometimes the day-to-day details of our lives can feel like trying to muddle through the murky waters of the unknown. As the keepers of information, there is a lot we must store in our heads. This is where a good planner can be invaluable. Planning out the days and weeks can help us reduce stress and mental clutter, remember all those important meetings, and allow us to leave room for more creative activities that we love. There are a variety of planners out there to wade through and figuring out which one to use can feel like floating without a life raft. We are a creative bunch and this skill-building session will allow participants to tap into their creativity to design their own planner.

During this session, participants will receive step-by-step instructions to create their own basic planner using digital tools. We will start with a blank design and end with a fun basic planner that is easy to use with most note-taking apps. Participants are encouraged to bring their device so they can work along with the convenor to enhance the hands-on program experience.
