Make Merry! Games to Explore the Treasures of Leadership

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Learning about leadership doesn't have to be boring for you or your staff. This Make/Hack/Play session takes its moniker seriously...by integrating play into every aspect of the 90 minute workshop. With a pirate theme and a few tricks up our peglegs, we will have our shipmates up and moving as they lead them through a series of games meant to challenge their values and knowledge of leadership skills. Activities such as Cull the Crew, Map your Movement, Parrot the Pros, and Take Care of the Treasure will guide participants to gain more understanding of their leadership skills and their career path. These activities are designed for participants to take and use in their own libraries as homegrown professional development and leadership activities for the whole staff.
