This is NOT a workshop about traditional strategic planning. This interactive workshop is for anyone who has ever had an innovative idea for their library organization, and was not certain how to go about successfully bringing it to fruition. Drawing from approaches that are both creative and disciplined, participants will co-create a toolkit of practices, approaches, and strategies that can be used for successful, positive disruption.
